- Open with 'walk me through' — it gets a narrative, not a yes/no.
- Quantify the pain (an hour per rep per day) before you offer anything.
- Ask what they'd do with the time saved; they sell themselves on the outcome.
- Earn the right to demo by confirming the fit first, not by launching in.
If they push back
'Can you just show me the product?' — 'Absolutely, in two minutes. I just want to aim it at your actual morning so it's relevant, not a generic tour.'
